SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BarkLabStudio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We proudly offer Fast Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

• Standard Shipping (US Domestic): 3 – 5 Business Days (Free for multi-item bundles or $4.99 standard flat rate).

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier system.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at barklabstudiosupport@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

BarkLabStudio is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit if address details provided at checkout were inaccurate. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement.
